Politique d’expédition

Shipping fees are included in the listed price on orders over $200 to MOST places in North America. There is no additional shipping charge, except due to the size of some  items it may not be possible to deliver to certain remote areas free of charge— there may be additional fees. We will let you know if that's the case.

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate delivery we will process the charges and submit the order. Your shipment will be sent within 4 business days from one of our Canadian warehouses. The only exception being custom made fabric dog beds and mats, some of which are made to order and will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. See individual product pages. Delivery times vary according to locality but generally 10-14 days after receiving your tracking should be allowed for delivery.

You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If for any reason you do not receive tracking information please contact us.

We are not able ship to PO Boxes. Please have someone available to sign for the parcel.
