Shipping and returns

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have preauthorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If for any reason you do not then feel free to contact us.

Please inspect the packaging of your item when it arrives and the a photograph of any external damage you may find.

We work very hard to make sure you get the best possible value. All our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy by which we abide. We absorb all shipping costs which can be considerable in Canada. This way we hope to provide a streamlined and simple buying experience. We value your decision to support a local Canadian business and will do our best to make your interaction with us an enjoyable one.

Cancelled orders and requests for refunds will be subject to a $20 administration fee and you, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
